UnitedHealth advances $2 billion in aid to healthcare providers due to cyberattack

Healthcare providers seeking assistance can register for the program via Optum\’s website, which offers a streamlined process for accessing pre-populated funding assistance levels and additional support.

Furthermore, UnitedHealth Group plans to hold a comprehensive update call with customers and care providers to discuss the ongoing situation and outline the steps being taken towards recovery. The company has also arranged for educational webinars designed to guide providers and customers through the process of reconnecting to claims and payment networks, as well as to inform them about the available temporary funding assistance programs.
